DAILY NEWS NASCAR® SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Complete entry form or write your name, address, age and daytime and evening phone numbers on a piece of paper or index card and send it via 1st class mail in a #10 envelope to: Daily News NASCAR® Sweepstakes, 450 W 33rd St., New York, NY 10001 or submit it to the Daily News Booth at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY on May 17, 2008. Official entry forms also available online at http://www.nydailynews.com/contests. Entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM (EDT) on Friday, May 30, 2008. No mechanically reproduced or illegible entries accepted. Neither Daily News, L.P. (“Sponsor”) or NASCAR, Inc., are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete or mutilated entries or unsuccessful attempts to enter. Express, Priority, Registered, Certified and oversized mail are ineligible. Sweepstakes begins on May 8, 2008 and ends 5:00 PM EDT on May 30, 2008.

LIMIT: ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER MAILING ADDRESS, PER EMAIL ADDRESS AND PER OUTER MAILING ENVELOPE.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
GRAND PRIZE (1): Two (2) skybox tickets and two (2) VIP passes, including access for events at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™, Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania on August 1, 2008 through August 3, 2008; Three (3) nights accommodations for two (2) people courtesy of Pocono Raceway and $150 gift certificate for dinner for two (2) at the Award Winning Blakeslee Inn Restaurant in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania (tips and gratuity not included). Grand Prize is subject to black out dates. Other restrictions may apply.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1,800.00.

FIRST PRIZE (1): One (1) year SIRIUS Satellite Radio Subscription including Sportster 5 radio with car kit (Model #SP5TK1).
ARV of First Prize: $269.94.
Total value of all prizes (2) to be awarded: $2,069.94.

DRAWING: Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on or about May 31, 2008 from all eligible entries. An independent judge whose decisions are final shall conduct the random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. If a winner does not respond to prize notification within two (2) days or if affidavit and release is not signed, notarized and returned within five (5) days of response to notification, prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected in a similar random drawing. Upon disqualification, prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is free to enter and open to legal U.S. residents (except FL and RI residents) 18 years or older at the time of entry. Must be 18 years of age or older to utilize garage credentials. Employees and the immediate family or those living in the same household as employees of the Daily News, L.P., NASCAR, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, are ineligible to enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local laws. New York law governs this sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes. No substitution of prizes permitted by winners. Prizes are not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount, premium or rebate offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for any activities not included in the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, all local, long distance, or international telephone calls, ground transportation, airfare, merchandise, parking, souvenirs, incidental expenses, travel insurance, or any other costs and expenses not mentioned herein. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these Official Rules or advertising for this sweepstakes, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Entry constitutes entrant’s certification that he/she meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. By entering, entrants agree at all times to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Daily News, L.P., NASCAR, Inc., SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Inc and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, members, insurers and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, death, accidents, losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from any and all activity related to entering and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of prize. If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded; the Grand prize and First Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entry forms. In no event will more than one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize be awarded. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. For the name of the prize winners, send a stamped, self addressed envelope after May 31, 2008 to: Winner’s List, Daily News NASCAR® Sweepstakes at address below. Requests received without a self-addressed, stamped envelope will not be filled except for residents of Vermont. Requests for winner’s name will be honored up to one month after final drawing date.
