Eligibility: The Summer Favorites Online Instant Win Game and Second Chance Sweepstakes (collectively, The "Promotion") is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of game registration. Employees of the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA), the companies sponsoring the NFRA Summer Favorites promotion and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, including Marden-Kane, Inc., and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
How To Play the Instant Win Game: The Summer Favorites Online Instant Win Game ("Instant Win Game") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET August 11, 2008 ("Entry Period"). During the Entry Period you can enter the Instant Win Game online by doing the following: [1] Click on the Summer Favorites Online Instant Win Game promotion link available at www.easyhomemeals.com (or on the websites of brands sponsoring the Summer Favorites promotion who have placed a link to the game on their website). Upon your initial visit to the Instant Win Game you will be asked to complete a one-time registration form and establish a user name and password to be used for subsequent visits and game plays. All fields on the registration form must be entered completely and accurately in order for your registration to be valid; [2] Once you are successfully registered, you will receive electronically an online Summer Favorites Instant Win Game Card. You may play the game online by selecting exactly five (5) of the twenty two (22) ice cream/novelty brand logos available on the game card and dropping them into the specified shopping cart location on the online game card. When you click to submit your selection you will receive either a winning or a non-winning message. Grand Prize will be awarded to the first entry where all five (5) ice cream/novelty brand logos selected by the entrant match in exact order left to right to a sequence of five (5) ice cream/novelty brand logos determined by the computer. First place prizes will be awarded for matching four (4) ice cream/novelty brand logos in any order. Second place prizes will be awarded for matching three (3) ice cream/novelty brand logos in any order. No prize will be awarded for matching 2 or fewer brand logos. See Rule #6 for prize claim details. Limit one Instant Win Game play per person per email address per day. NFRA is not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible entries. No mechanical reproductions of entries permitted. All information provided to Sponsor when registering for the Instant Win Game will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy located on the NFRA's web site.
Instant Win Prizes: One hundred and six Instant Win Game prizes are available. One (1) Grand Prize of $100,000 cash is available to be won by the first entry received where all five (5) ice cream/novelty brand logos selected by the entrant match in exact order left to right to a sequence of five (5) ice cream/novelty brand logos determined by the computer. Odds of winning Grand Prize are 25,000,000:1. Five (5) First Prizes of $500 cash each are available to be won if exactly four (4) winning logos are matched in any order. One-hundred (100) Second Prizes of cooler bags are available to be won if exactly three (3) winning logos are matched in any order; estimated retail value $25 each. Actual odds of winning a First or Second Prize are dependent upon the number of games transacted. Total Approximate Retail Value of Instant Win prizes: $105,000. If no participant reveals five winning brand logos in exact order, no Grand Prize will be awarded. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. No substitutions or transfers of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Determination of Winners: Awarding of prizes is subject to validation and eligibility verification. The data stored on the computer systems of our prize supplier/underwriter is the sole determinant of all Winning brand logo sequences, and prizes revealed, as well as all information provided by game participant as part of such attempt. Screen shots are not proof of winning. An entry shall be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. A potential winner may be required to provide us with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.
Second Chance Sweepstakes Drawing: Unclaimed 1st and 2nd instant win prizes, if any will be awarded in a Second Chance Sweepstakes Drawing. All registered game players as of 11:59 PM (ET) on August 11, 2008 who have not previously won a prize in this promotion will be entered into the Second Chance Drawing. Winner[s] will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 18, 2008 by Marden-Kane Inc., from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of Second Chance entries received and the number of unclaimed prizes available. Winners will be notified as detailed in Rule #6. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes drawing.
To Claim Prize: Online Instant Win Game prize winners will receive notification of prize won online at time of winning and are subject to verification. Second Chance Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email and/or postal mail as to the prize won. Marden-Kane will notify all potential winners by email or regular and/or overnight mail. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within ten (10) days after issuance of prize notification or prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish their social security number which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. If prize notification for any 1st or 2nd Prizes is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, or if a winner fails to properly sign and return all forms described herein, the prize will be forfeited and placed into the Second Chance drawing. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any proper names, likenesses, and photographs without further consideration or payment to the entrant online, in print, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions in all media (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All prize claims are subject to verification.
