Register

  1. Do I need to pay money to play?
    No. It's completely free.

  2. I haven't registered yet. Can I play anyway?
    No. You must register before you can play.

  3. How do I register?
    Upon entry to the site, you will be prompted to enter your registration information.

  4. I don't have email yet. How do I get a free email account?
    You can get free e-mail accounts that you can access through any web browser. Yahoo! Mail and MSN Hotmail are excellent in this regard.

  5. May I register multiple times and play on more than one account?
    No. One registration is allowed per person and/or e-mail address. After registration, you may play up to 5 game sessions per day. Please refer to the Official Rules for more details.

  6. What is a "Screen Name"?
    Your Screen Name will be the name used to identify you in the Game, and is the name you type in (along with your password) to play the game when your browser prompts you to log in. We reserve the right to change your Screen Name in the event an offensive one is used.

  7. When I enter my chosen Screen Name, I get a message saying that the name has already been taken. Why?
    Apparently you've chosen a Screen Name that has already been taken. You'll need to select a different Screen Name.

  8. My e-mail address was rejected. Why?
    An e-mail address may be rejected because it contains a ! (exclamation mark) or some other character that is not allowed. Also, any particular e-mail address may be registered only once.

  9. My colleague and I want to both play using the same e-mail address but the system won't let us. What should we do?
    One of you should get a different email address. See above about getting a free e-mail account through your web browser.

  10. I typed in my Screen Name and Password, but I get an error message and am not allowed to view any of the game pages. What should I do?
    You may have mistyped your Screen Name or Password. You may try again, or see the next question.

  11. I've forgotten my Password, what should I do?
    First, try the Reset Password page. If that doesn't help, please contact Technical Support.

  12. My email address has changed. How can I get my new address in your records?
    Please contact Technical Support. Just let us know your old email address as well as your new one and we will update our records for you.

  1. What are the System Requirements?
    • PC (9x/ME/NT/2K/XP): IE 6 or greater or Firefox 1.0.6 or greater with cookies and JavaScript enabled
    • Mac PowerPC or greater: IE 6 or greater or Firefox 1.0.6 or greater with cookies and JavaScript enabled
    • Mac: IE 5 or greater or Firefox 1.0.6 or greater
    • Linux, Solaris: RedHat 7.3 or greater or Mozilla 1.1 or greater
    • WebTV: not supported
    • If you have a supported browser but your plug-in is older than the most recent version, this page will detect the version of the plug-in and redirect you to Macromedia's website to automatically download the latest version of the plug-in.

  2. How do I play?
    Once registered, you must select Play Now, and it will take you to the first level of the game. Follow the Scene Set up and instructions to play through each level to earn a game score. Successfully make it to the end of a level, answer a trivia question to proceed to the next level of the game. Play up to 5 game sessions per day.

  3. I'm having problems entering the game?
    Have you registered yet? If not, you must do so before you play. See the previous section. If you have registered, and you get a message telling you to "Log In with your Screen Name and Password," contact Technical Support.

Flash Game Requirements

  1. Flash Player Version Required
    To play this game you need Flash Player 8 or higher. If this game is not working on your computer and you're not sure of your player version visit the Flash Player home page to upgrade to the most recent version.

  2. Problems with your Flash Player?
    If your flash player is up to date and you are still having problems loading the Game, visit the Adobe Flash Player Support Center.

  3. Flash is correctly installed but the game will not load or play.
    • Flash will not load (Popup Blockers and Flash)
      Some pop up blockers also block Flash content. Disable your pop up blocker and reload the page.
    • Flash will not load (Internet Explorer Settings on a Macintosh)
      On the Macintosh there is a setting in Internet Explorer to enable plugins.
      Go to Explorer > Preferences
      In the Preferences dialog box, select Web Content under Browser Display.
      Then ensure that the Enable Plugins option is selected.
    • Flash Game loads but will not play (Internet utilities or Anti-Spyware tools blocking ActiveX)
      Some Internet Utilities and spyware blockers, such as Norton Internet Utilities, may block flash content or not allow full functionality in Flash games. Change the settings in your internet utilities to allow Active X from Adobe Flash, or disable the program temporarily to play the game.
    • A Quicktime logo appears instead of the movie
      There is a conflict between the Flash Plugins for Quicktime and Adobe Flash running on your computer.
      You will need to edit your preferences in Quicktime in order to allow the Adobe Plugin to work.
      In Quicktime
      Edit > Preferences > Quick Time Preferences
      File Type Associations > Miscellaneous
      Uncheck the box for Flash File
      Click OK
      Then close Quicktime

How Do I Win?

  1. How do I enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes?
    During registration, you were automatically entered into the Grand Prize sweepstakes. Receive an entry, once per day, each day you play. Earn bonus entries for answering trivia questions (1-4) correctly and by referring up to ten (10) friends, who come back and play, during the promotional period. See Official Rules for full details.

  2. How do I win a Daily Instant Win Prize?
    Play often, up to five times per day, and you could be randomly selected during game play as an Instant Winner. See Official Rules for full details.

  3. I won a prize! How do I redeem it?
    Congratulations! You won. Your prize will automatically be redeemed and sent to your address of record, from your initial game registration. Or you will receive immediate download instructions for electronically fulfilled prizes.

  4. I won a prize! When will I receive it?
    Your prize should arrive in 6-8 weeks, if mailed. Electronically awarded prizes will be downloadable at the time of notification.
